**Contexte**:
Tessan, start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine avec pour objectifs de lutte contre les déserts médicaux, se développe dans toute la France (avec plus de 1500 dispositifs déployés en moins de 5 ans, et ce n'est qu'un début ). Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 15 minutes de chez lui. Ainsi, nous recrutons notre futur(e) **Field Operations Manager (H/F)**dans une logique d'amélioration continue de nos processus d'industrialisation

**Missions**:
En tant que **Field Operations Manager (H/F)**, au sein de notre équipe Opérations, tu auras les missions suivantes:

- Management de notre équipe logistique (1 ingénieure méthodes & process, 1 ordonnanceuse, 1 technicien sédentaire & 4 techniciens terrain) en véritable leader d'équipe
- Pilotage de la planification des interventions (installations & maintenances de nos dispositifs)
- Amélioration continue des ateliers d'assemblage (logistique, supply chain,...) : production, sécurité, gestion du parc automobile
- Coordination des flux et des stocks (optimiser l’équilibre entre les stocks, les achats, les marchandises,...) & gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs/prestataires
- Mise en place de processus & de méthodes (SOP, paramétrage ERP, mise en place d'actifs, analyse des performances)
- Structuration de nos processus en vue d'externaliser certaines de nos activités (sourcing & évaluation de prestataires, transferts d'activités,...) ️
- Relation continue avec nos autre pôles (Sales, Marketing, Care & Success, Product & Tech)

**Lieu de travail : 1 jour/semaine à Trappes (entrepôt logistique) & 3 à 4 jours au siège.**
- **Ton profil idéal**:

- Idéalement diplômé d'une formation en gestion de production logistique, achats ou bien en management de projets logistiques (Méthodes, Process, Industrialisation) _(idéalement une première expérience en startup/conseil)_
- Maîtrise du processus industriel global & compréhension de l’ensemble de la gestion d’un système de production
- Excellent relationnel & communication pour instaurer des liens de confiance avec tous les interlocuteurs (équipe, prestataires & clients)
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
- Top manager (leader, bienveillance, exigence)

**Rémunération & Avantages**:
Rémunération fixe : selon profil & niveau d'études.
