Rattaché au Field Sales Director, le Field Sales Regional Manager est en charge de:

- l'animation d'équipe
- la performance de l'équipe
- la collaboration avec les autres équipes
- la gestion administrative inhérente au poste
- le respect des règles et des valeurs

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Un profil ayant une solide expérience commerciale avec une bonne connaissance de l'environnement concurrentiel et du standard commercial
- Une excellente maîtrise du produit ainsi que des outils utilisés au sein de l'équipe commerciale et au sein de Zenchef
- Une forte capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités, ainsi qu'à vulgariser et à expliquer simplement des concepts complexes
- La capacité à combiner réflexion et action avec le sens du challenge et l'enthousiasme
