Equity Listing Product Associate

Key Accountabilities- Within the Primary Markets department, the Equity Listing team is in charge of setting the commercial strategy and driving the financial results of the business line across our markets, in close cooperation with the sales team.- Reporting to the Head of Equity Listing, the Equity Listing Product associate will be in charge of designing and delivering initiatives to enhance Euronext’s value proposition and its position as a key listing venue among global exchanges, in cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders.-
- Importantly, the Equity Listing Product Associate will lead the business units’ efforts in anticipating market trends and new commercial opportunities, and implementing strategic moves. He/She will contribute to the group-wide strategic planning effort on behalf of the business unit in cooperation with management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Profile- University degree, ideally in business, finance, engineering or political science.- 3-5 years of successful experience in a top strategy consulting and/or investment banking firm, or in a demanding position in the financial services industry.
Desired attributes and skills- Good understanding of the financial industry.- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of a wide span of complex strategic, operational and regulatory matters.- Impeccable oral and written English.- Ability to articulate a strategy orally and in writing and to communicate key decision points clearly to senior stakeholders.- Fast learner, proactive behavior and entrepreneurial mindset (pragmatic, hands-on in execution, ability to recommend decisions under uncertainty).- Ability to deliver results and make things happen from project inception to completion.- Good interpersonal skills to handle a wide multicultural network of stakeholders.
