We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Description du poste**:
Main missions:

- To manage all actions needed to meet supplier performance objective for ACC ramp-up
- Define Performance Plan for each Supplier in his scope (Quality / OTD scope), with top management of supplier and ACC division
- Build regular follow up, using scorecard (SRM)
- On the front line when crisis occurs
- Check right realization of Control Plan by supplier - Lead release of supplier action plan if deviation
- Check that designed traceability framework is executed
- Communicate regularly with ACC Supplier Quality Team, ACC Purchasing concerning global situation of the supplier in his scope and with other stakeholder of ACC (R&D, PE.) on specific issues

**Profil recherché**:
**Knowledge / Know how**
- Quality
- Process & Product

**Experience**
- Chemistry or Mechanic Specialist (in mass production / with intrusive mode with its suppliers)
- 15/20 years minimum experience (with management of team or complex project)

**Qualifications**
- Engineer
- English fluent (B1) - 2nd language would be interested (Chinese )

**Key behaviours**
- Strong leadership

- Ease in communication
- Speak with data

**Some extra skills which make the difference**

Having worked in a battery cell supply chain in Quality department or Process Engineering department.
