We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Job description**:
**Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related**
- Supplier’s performance evaluation
- To manage all actions needed to meet supplier performance objective for ACC ramp-up
- Create and Report Supplier Portfolio Performance KPI, build regular follow-up using scorecard (SRM)
- Define Performance Plan for each supplier in his scope (OQD/OTD) with Management of suppliers and ACC divisions.
- Communicate regularly with ACC Supplier Quality Team, ACC Purchasing concerning global situation of the supplier in his scope and with other stakeholder of ACC (R&D, PE.) on specific issues
- Organize and realize Supplier performance audit jointly with Supplier Quality Team
- Create Suppliers’ performance Engineer Standard Documentation and Insure periodical review
- On the front line when crisis occurs (on field support for problem solving)
- Quality
- Insure proper documentation management according IATF/Iso 9001 / VDA 6.3 requirement
- Update QS and SC dashboard/scorecard
- Insure applicable CSR (Customer specific Requirement) on ACC suppliers are taken into account to evaluate supplier performance.
- Log Supplier Performance Retex in Lessons Learned document (SharePoint)
- Project
- Help in Suppliers selection for new project by providing feedback on current performance
- Provide data to support SC/IT/Quality/Logistic project when required
- One Team Spirit
- Provide onboarding session to new team member when required
- Organize team training session to share skills/knowledge when needed
- Support other team members to reach collective objectives

Reporting/Presentation skills

IATF/Iso 9001/VDA 6.3 user-knowledge

**Experience**

Chemistry or Mechanical Specialist (in mass production / with intrusive mode with its suppliers)

10 years minimum experience (with management of team or complex project)

**Qualifications**

Chemical or Mechanical Engineer

English fluent (B1) - 2nd language would be interesting (Chinese, German, etc.)

**Key behaviours**

Strong leadership / Gemba / ease in communication / Speak with data

**Some extra skills which make the difference**

Having worked in a battery cell supply chain in Quality department or Process Engineering dept
