You join the Agency & Solutions team as an Agent - Structured Commodities manager.

This team is dedicated to setting up and monitoring agent structured finance in the Global Trade Structured Export Solutions & Commodity Trade Finance scope and Real Assets.

Daily, Your tasks are to:

- Manage a portfolio of financing files for which you carry out the implementation and compliance control;
- Ensure follow-up (syndication, amendments, contractual obligations of the borrower, reporting, management of commitments by signature and guarantees received, repayment, possible restructuring, etc.) of your portfolio;
- Contribute to cross-functional projects beyond the scope of the team’s intervention.

To carry out your function, you are the privileged interface of the Front Office, whose issues and problems you know how to understand, but also of your client and other actors and stakeholders internal and/ or external to the Bank (banks, legal department, back office, risk department, treasury, branches, lawyers, etc.), with whom you know how to communicate in the interest of funded projects and Natixis.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in the field of financing, ideally within a finance middle office and/ or related to commodity financing.

You are familiar with:

- Syndicated loans;
- Analysis of contractual documentation in English;
- Specialized financial packages;
- Standard office tools, ideally VBA.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Organized, reliable and rigorous;
- Sensitive to commercial issues;
- Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a C1 level.
