**Discover the role**
As an HR & Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day payroll needs for our clients, partnering with our experienced team to ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date, compliant with local laws and regulations. You will work alongside a Senior member of the team who will also support your growth at TMF.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organizing the preparation of payments on behalf of our customers (suppliers, social security funds) and following and updating the corresponding procedures
- Processing of various administrative tasks on behalf of our clients (restaurant tickets, fines, occupational medicine, etc.)
- Post-pay processing (social declarations, DADS, analyses, adjustments, and justifications of accounts, etc.)
**About you**
- University degree in Legal, Finance, or Business is required
- Fluency in English and French
- Good reading, writing, oral and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Team work
