In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: - ** Documentation, optimization and simplification of HR processes** - Update the mapping of existing processes - Model these processes and identify responsibilities, deliverables, and pain points - Identify opportunities for improvement and simplification - Share these adjustments with stakeholders and implement them - ** Update HR Procedures Corpus**: - Map all HR procedures and policies - Coordinate their update / drafting / validation - Document the associated permanent controls to ensure their compliance and effectiveness - Establish the annual review schedule of these procedures **Coordination of the mission repository and job descriptions**: - Map teams and positions by team - Coordinate the creation and updating of position records within the entity - span class="ck-list-bogus-paragraph">Ensure the consistency and clarity of the mission framework. FinanceTransformative **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**: Student in BAC+5, specialized in Human Resources, Project Management or related field. You have knowledge of HR processes and modeling tools (type BPMN), which would be a plus. You demonstrate an ability to work independently while performing well as part of a team. You have good communication skills, both written and oral. You are proficient in office tools, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
