Vous maitrisez l'ensemble des outils RH de la fonction (Workday, TOL...) ?

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE
Rattaché au VP Compensation & Benefits Group, vous élaborez et assurez le suivi de la politique de rémunération du Groupe.

Vous contribuez au Benchmark de rémunération, élaborez des diagnostiques de rémunération et salary ranges.

En tant que Directeur Compensation, vous avez la responsabilité de la mise en place et du suivi des process Compensation globaux.

Vous prenez en main l’animation du network C&B et êtes amené à former vos collaborateurs.

Vous contribuez à la réalisation du pricing.

En lien avec le HRIS (Workday), vous participez au déploiement des projets C&B
