**Job Title: Transformation Manager (**reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs and identify areas for transformation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Drive communication plans to engage and inspire employees at all levels, ensuring buy-in and commitment to change initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the impact of transformation efforts, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and empower teams to embrace change, navigate challenges, and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective change management processes and tools to support successful transformations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance change management capabilities across the organization.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in leading complex organizational transformation projects (corporate or consulting firms)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute transformation strategies
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational change
- Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
