MISSIONS

You will work within the Finance Projects and Processes (FIP&P) department and join the Accounting, Credit Management, and Tax team, which is composed of multidisciplinary and versatile project managers.

You will thus be a contributor to the Finance Partner Community (FPC), whose objective is to deliver projects in product mode depending on the domain.

**Your scope will include**:
Designing, structuring, and leading tool deployment projects.

Coordinating all the resources and skills necessary for the successful execution of the project.

Defining performance indicators, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality within the allocated deadlines and budgets.

Ensuring smooth and regular communication with all stakeholders, both internally and with external partners.

Anticipating risks, resolving issues that could impact the progress of projects, and proposing suitable solutions.

Supporting organizational change by training and raising awareness among teams about new practices.

Proactively adapting to changes and proposing an effective and appropriate project organization mode.

You are able to make proposals but are especially attentive to take into account the needs of the various services of the finance department and respond effectively to the challenges encountered.

You will also ensure project monitoring and control points to quickly alert on potential risks and deviations. You will also consolidate the upcoming project portfolio to anticipate necessary resources. Your communication skills allow you to facilitate interactions between FIP&P and other finance and non-finance departments.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

You are an experienced project manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing significant projects.

**Strong functional expertise in the following finance areas**: accounting, taxation, consolidation.

Adaptability, innovative spirit, and strategic vision will be assets for this high-stakes mission.

Mastery of project management tools and financial software.

Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and unite around a common project.

Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative.

You are fluent in French & proficient in spoken and written English, particularly to manage exchanges with our foreign contacts or IT teams to manage the dependencies of various projects.
