**Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Consultant au niveau manager (F/H) souhaitant affirmer son positionnement et animer des équipes autour de sujets clés.**

**Vos qualités personnelles et compétences attendues**
- Vous êtes diplômé.e d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec une expérience professionnelle de minimum 10 ans, idéalement acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil, dans le secteur de l’énergie, qui vous a permis de démontrer concrètement les compétences répondants aux activités citées ci-dessus.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des secteurs de l’énergie et des utilities, ses transformations, ses innovations et ses perspectives.
- Leader, entrepreneur, vous possédez un fort esprit d’équipe et avez développé un excellent sens relationnel.

**QUELLES MISSIONS POUR CE POSTE ?**

**Delivery**:

- Prendre en charge la réalisation de missions clients : animation de démarches d’innovation, études de marché et veille, modélisation technico-économique, élaboration d’une feuille de route, définition d’un nouveau modèle d’affaire, de nouvelles offres, etc.
- Apporter un avis d’expert aux consultants en mission chez les clients

**Business développement**:

- Contribuer aux phases d’avant-vente en appui aux responsables de compte clients
- Identifier et porter les thématiques porteuses de potentiel business pour le cabinet
- Veille et réflexion prospective

**Rôle modèle et accompagnement de nos collaborateurs**:

- Participation aux activités et stratégies transverses du cabinet
- Encadrement et formation des consultants

**Développement des practices (cœur de notre développement)**:

- Inspirer et impulser une dynamique dans nos équipes, favoriser le développement des expertises et la transmission des connaissances via nos practices
- Contribuer au recrutement, attirer et faire grandir les talents
