This role is critical in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and success. In this role, you will: - Collaborate with Hiring Managers: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices ; - Develop recruitment strategies: - Create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best talent ; - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels including social media, networking events, and industry-specific sites. - Manage Recruitment Processes: - Evaluate and improve recruitment practices: - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. - Stay updated on new sourcing techniques and market trends and activity, sharing knowledge with the team. - **WHO **_YOU_** ARE You will be a good fit to join the HR team at Adikteev if you: - Bring 2/3 years of recruitment experience, ideally focusing on top engineering and tech talent in a fast-paced environment - Communicate fluently in French & English; international recruitment experience is a plus - Perform well under deadline and thrives in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Embody a genuine service mindset, always prioritizing the needs and success of the team and organization- **PERKS AND BENEFITS** - Competitive Salary ; - Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs; - Profit-sharing scheme ("Prime de participation") ; - Longevity bonus every 2 years ; - Healthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - €9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - 4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off) ; - “RTT” ; - 50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass) - Mental Health support ; - Flexible remote working policy ; - Regular team-life event / activity - Parental leave Policy. - ** OUR PROCESS** - Screening call with Maxime, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Team-fit interview with Maxime and Claire, Talent Acquisition Partner - Hands-on use case to be completed remotely, followed by a presentation to Maxime, Claire, and Benoît, CHRO - Final interview with Clément, Global COO, and Cédric, CTO **We prioritize people, not just job titles.** Not everyone will make it through our hiring process, but your skills might just be the perfect match for another adventure we have now or down the road. - As an Employer of choice, Adikteev does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
