Talent Acquisition team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued growth. Our recruiting team is true business partner and is charged with finding, attracting, and hiring talents into all parts of IQ-EQ against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit.

**Qualifications**:
- You hold a Bachelor/Master degree; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English and French.
- You have 2- 3 years’ experience as a Recruiter
- Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews
- In-depth knowledge of talent sourcing through LinkedIn
- You understand our business. It is preferable if you worked with a focus on positions such as legal, accounting
