Au sein de la direction Marketplace, rattaché au directeur marketplace en tant que **opérations manager H/F **vos missions seront les suivantes

**Responsable de la stratégie, des opérations et du marketing client marketplace**
- Stratégie client (identification et priorisation des cibles, de leurs besoins, des dispositifs à mettre en place, etc.
- Plan d’adoption client
- Opérations marketing
- Identification des évolutions business et fonctionnelles de la solution Mirakl

**Responsable de la stratégie d’adoption et d’intégration de la marketplace au sein du business traditionnel**
- Définition des process marketplace, documentation et évolution
- Mise en cohérence avec les process actuelles
- Mesure d’efficacité et optimisation
- Plan d’adoption par les collaborateurs

**Responsable de l’analyse et de la gestion de la performance**
- Business performance (trafic, etc.)
- Opération marketing
- Performance technique (SLA, incident, etc.)
- Identification et mise en place des pistes d’amélioration

**Gestion du centre de support (supervision de la qualité de service)**
- Support aux opérateurs Sonepar, aux clients, aux sellers

**Interactions / travaille avec**

N+1 : Directeur Marketplace

Equipe marketplace

Marketing Sonepar France, Commerce Sonepar France, Finance, DSD, Digital Factory, RH, etc.

**Exprimez votre audace et valorisez vos talents**

Vous possédez un profil commerciale, vous avez une première expérience dans un environnement marketplace et dans le marché de la distribution ( BtoB ou dans le secteur de la construction

Vous avez une connaissance de la solution Mirakl

Vos atouts pour réussir ? Vous êtes autonome, dynamique avec un bon communiquant. Vous avez une sensibilité pour l’IT et pour l’analytique.
