The Hotel Group is part of a luxury hospitality brand for contemporary tourists operating in more than 50 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America,

As a sales Manager you will contribute with your expertise in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market sectors in order to increase hotel revenue and exceed the targets. The Group will make available the training that will prepare you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results. You will report to the Vice President Commercial operations.

**Within your scope of responsibilities**
- You will be promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel.
- Devising strategies and tactics to retain and grow the business and support revenue maximisation.
- You will be likewise in charge of launching outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets.
- Attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote the hotel sales.
- Utilising competitor knowledge and market trends to develop strategic plans to ensure hotel group stay competitive

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star Hotel environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
- You must be Pro-active, self-motivated, and a professional who loves challenges.
- Excellent communication skills (excellent command in English, other EU languages are a plus).
- The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
- Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
