**Job Description**:
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an outgoing and motivated young construction project manager for a new hotel based in Cannes Mandelieu to join our design and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, from design to completion, reporting to our architect.
The position is based in our Sophia Antipolis Alpes Maritimes 06 premises benefiting from a green and peaceful setting.
Occasional telecommuting possible.
**Qualifications**:
**Profile required**:
Fluent in French and English.
At least one experience in the hotel environment.
Be an architect or project manager.
PC skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, other programs).
Drawings skills (autocad, archicad, sketchup etc...)
Detail oriented and willing to work on projects in the Cannes area.
**Missions**:
Purchasing for the hotel renovation (from kitchen to the last light in the room)
Managing the construction at the site (cooperating with the companies)
Taking care about the construction flow and hand overs
Creating snagging lists
Will be responsible for delivery times
Based on skills some other tasks (deign, drawings, etc...)
Reporting of the construction flow
Additional Information
**Starting date**: as soon as possible
Interview in English.
Possibility of travelling between France and Europe.
