Poste et mission Dans le cadre du développement de notre implantation à Sophia Antipolis, nous recherchons un Project Management Officer. Vous recherchez de nouveaux challenges, vous avez des aptitudes à la conduite de réunions ainsi qu'un bon niveau général de communication orale et écrite et la pratique quotidienne de l'anglais ne vous fait pas peur. Responsabilités Assurer le suivi du planning et le suivi des plans d'action. Assurer le suivi budgétaire. Mettre à jour la documentation outil et qualité. Analyser les risques. Suivre et optimiser l'allocation des ressources. Réaliser et analyser le reporting et les tableaux de bord. Animer les réunions d'avancement. Communiquer auprès des différentes parties-prenantes. Participer à l'évolution des méthodologies de gestion des projets. Profil Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou universitaire (bac+5) et justifiant d’une expérience en gestion de projet. Maîtrise des éléments de base du PMO : reporting/communication, suivi des plannings, de la qualité, des coûts et des risques. Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Primavera ou Planisware). Bonnes connaissances dans les systèmes d’information. Idéalement, certification en gestion de projet (PMI, PRINCE2 ou agile). Compétences Analyser des données techniques pour optimiser les processus. Communiquer auprès des interlocuteurs internes et externes. Concevoir et gérer un projet. Élaborer des solutions techniques et fonctionnelles. Présenter les évolutions du système d'information au commanditaire. Recenser les besoins du commanditaire. Expérience 12 mois d'expérience indispensable. Bac+5 et plus ou équivalents indispensable. Informations complémentaires Secteur d'activité : Ingénierie, études techniques. Rémunération Salaire brut mensuel de 30 000 € à 40 000 € sur 12 mois.
