Hotline Technician France (M/F/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing - are looking for you to support our Service team in France.

THIS MAKES IT SPECIAL:
You are the first point of contact for our customers You take care of customer complaints and open service cases and plan the service visits onsite. You are also responsible for organizing and dispatching the service technician assignments, this includes dispatching for installations, maintenances, repairs, and trainings.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- You are responsible for failure prequalification, first analysis and definition of first action plan in consultation with the Field Service Engineers and provide customers with all relevant documentation
- You create notifications and service orders in SAP and order parts for the Field Service Engineers
- You also monitor calls and request updates from the Field Service Engineers and support field service activities
- You act as Regional IT-Support for our French subsidiary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- High school degree is required. Technical degree would be a plus
- Good IT skills
- Experience in dispatching and call management
- Good command of written and spoken French & English
- You are ready to travel for punctual events, trainings, or customer visits
