Job description
-The Sales MRO Expert possesses a strong understanding of the MRO industry, with knowledge of aircraft types such as A320, A330, and B737. In this role, the Sales MRO expert serves as the primary interface with airlines operators, cultivating business relationships with clients to maximize sales, support opportunities and revenue growth, and assist in managing customer accounts by ensuring timely delivery and exceptionally high levels of service.
The Sales MRO expert operates in the global market through frequent travels to clients located in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as at Vallair sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Sales Director, responsibilities include:

Establishing relationships with clients and communicating our capabilities and services;
Providing quotes for incoming requests;
Ensuring all administrative tasks associated with each contract are efficiently executed;
Acting as an internal and client liaison to ensure their expectations are met;
Generating and tracking leads to capture new business;
Gathering feedback from clients and suppliers to monitor the performance of all parties;
Maintaining up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the aerospace market;
Seizing opportunities to expand the client base;
Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
Conducting market studies to identify and exploit new business opportunities;
Collaborating within a team to develop the company's direction and product and service development.

Relationships, network, and experience within airlines, lessors, and general aviation.
Relevant experience in sales in MRO, training, and aviation technical services, including Part 21 and CAMO, is a significant advantage.
Rigor, precision, flexibility, and adaptability;
Excellent computer skills;
Perfect knowledge of English (proficiency in one or more of the following languages desirable: French, Spanish, German, or Russian).
Aviation knowledge;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Experience in negotiation and ongoing customer relationship management;
Ability to take on new responsibilities with confidence;
Flexible attitude to exceed set objectives;

**Aviation Client Portfolio is recommended.**
