QUELLES SERONT VOS RESPONSABILITÉS ?
En tant que responsable de projet, vous devrez assurer 2 volets du projets:
Assurer la bonne migration et le bon déploiement des solutions CRM:
? Recueillir les besoins fonctionnels et les processus métiers.
? Identifier et formaliser les procédés CRM, suggérer des améliorations.
? Élaborer un cahier des charges fonctionnel détaillé.
? Diriger les appels d?offres pour la phase de migration et de déploiement.
? Formuler des recommandations, participer au choix de la solution finale.
? Collaborer avec la DSI pour la négociation contractuelle avec le nouvel éditeur.
? Superviser l?implémentation de la nouvelle solution (intégration et migration des outils existants).
? Gérer le déploiement global du projet.

Assurer le bon déroulement du projet et le management des équipes.
? Organiser, coordonner et animer l?équipe de maîtrise d??uvre ; et équipes de consultants.
? Gérer le budget et le planning de l?implémentation du nouveau CRM.
? Superviser le déroulement global du projet (opérationnel, budgétaire, planning, technique).
? Élaborer et déployer le plan de conduite du changement avec le soutien de l?équipe.
? Mettre en place des actions d?accompagnement et de formation des utilisateurs.
? Superviser et contribuer au support utilisateur.
? Établir le référentiel documentaire du système applicatif de la solution.

QUE VOUS FAUT-IL POUR FAIRE PARTIE DE L?AVENTURE ?

Idéalement issu d?un diplôme d?ingénieur ou d?école de commerce, vous justifiez d?une expérience de 10 ans en tant que chef de projet. Vous pouvez également justifier des compétences et qualités suivantes:
? Maîtrise ou bonne compréhension du domaine métier CRM.
? Expérience dans des projets transverses de transformation avec conduite du changement.
? Travaux antérieurs en mode projet agile.
? Intérêt et compréhension des organisations clients et des besoins des utilisateurs.
? Appétence pour les projets SI, aptitude à dialoguer avec divers interlocuteurs (directeurs, utilisateurs, développeurs/architectes, consultants).
? Compétences en management fonctionnel (engagement, détermination, pouvoir de conviction).
