Internal Communications Intern

You will be participating in the design and implementation of the internal communication plan in line with SCOR’s vision, strategy, and priorities. You will support the team to manage sensitive and reputational issues, while developing and implementing an employee’s engagement strategy.

This role reports to the Head of Internal Communications and works in strong collaboration with the External Communications team and HR team. In this role you are supposed to
- Organize, produce content, and adapt key messages around:

- Day to day work at SCOR, highlighting SCOR regular key moments (quarterly results, AGM, 1.1 renewals, ), employees initiatives (SIGN, SCOR for Good )
- HR communications with the ambition to retain and attract new talents, as well as employee advocacy
- Key business strategic initiatives, highlighting successful stories, lessons learnt,
- SCOR ESG commitments
- SCOR Foundation for Science activity
- Align the internal communication with the corporate communication in the context of a listed company, reputation management / e-reputation of SCOR
- Help structure and outline the CEO’s/ COMEX members internal presentations under the lead of the CEO’s advisor / their chiefs of staff

Keep up to date and continuously improve the internal communications channels and tools (e.g. intranet)
- Degree in Communication or Business school, Journalism or Political Science
- Appetite to manage sensitive and aspirational communications
- Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible
