IT Technical Support **About us** Founded in 2002 Nexway has become a leader in software, game and digital service monetization empowering companies to monetize their business and to connect them to the worldwide digital market. We help companies transform their business model and expand globally their digital commerce, meeting today’s requirements of agility, speed and scalability. **The Role** The IT Support is responsible for the hardware and software that Nexway employees use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. This means supporting endpoint devices such as Fedora, macOS and Windows. In addition you will support software as a service (SaaS) solutions like G Suite, Slack, and more. **What you will do**: - Provide day to day technical support for our employees locally or remotely - Provide excellent IT onboarding experience to newcomers, assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used, - Contribute to maintenance and support of the global in-house IT infrastructure - Support communications needs for Nexway employees in conference rooms and other common areas, - Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation - Maintain hardware and software inventory - Operate Inventory Management and Ticketing systems - Fulfill Hardware Inventory - Create, maintain and Participate in Documentation & Knowledge base - Communicate new services and features to users - Participate in deployment and security related projects **The role might be a good fit if you**: - Have experience with 1st and 2d line support - Have experience in Support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack - Have experience in Support for Windows, Linux and macOS - Speak a good level of English (>= B2, another language is a +) - previous Sysadmin/DevOps experience is a great plus - Enjoy helping people - You can organize work and set priorities - You have an excellent sense of service and a positive mindset - You are fascinated by the way things work and love to learn - You want to work in a fast paced, high growth startup environment Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI, Alternance Salaire : à partir de 22 601,33€ par an Avantages: - Horaires flexibles - Prise en charge du transport quotidien - RTT - Titre-restaurant Programmation: - Horaires flexibles - Travail en journée Lieu du poste : In person
