Global Operations Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) **Location**: Paris Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A88273 **Responsibilities**: **About the Team**: The EU LIVE Creator Strategy Team is the engine behind our live streaming ecosystem's success across the continent. We design data-driven strategies, optimize creators' performance, and execute impactful online campaigns to engage our community and drive growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. - Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators and creator network partners during the LIVE process, by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns etc - Training and Education: Assist in developing and localizing educational materials for creators and creator network partners, ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features. - Campaign Operations: Support in planning, localizing and executing campaigns to help enable seamless campaign operations and summarizing campaign results for future improvements - Operational Processes: Collect and analyze operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in their daily workflows and organize this feedback to identify opportunities for improvement to increase operational efficiency **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualification(s)**: - Graduated in 2026/2027, or currently studying with a bachelor's degree or above, preferably STEM. - Internship availability for at least 3 months (6 months is preferred) from January 2026. - High level of written proficiency in French and English and in communication. - Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills - A strong interest in social content products and a keen observation of media trends - Proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges **Preferred Qualification(s)**: - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Team-player mentality with excellent interpersonal skills Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
