Position - Operations internLocation - Paris (1 day WFH)️Start Date - ASAPWe are looking for a structured, hands-on Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes. The Role Getvocal.ai – Operations intern What you'll do:Track, prioritize, and follow up on internal and external operational tasksCoordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely executionSupport customer onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing client operationsAct as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordinationCreate, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reportsSupport the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8nContribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling What we're looking forStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsComfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teamsFluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or dashboarding platformsBonus SkillsKnowledge of SQL, Python, or workflow automationPrevious exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentationWhat we offer A 6-month paid internship with direct impact on daily operationsHybrid work setup with a minimum of 4 days/week in our Paris officeClose collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teamsA learning-driven, practical environment with real ownership and room to grow Divers team (+10 Nationalities) spread across our two offices Lisbon & ParisThis position is open in our Paris office, ideally located in the center of Paris near Gare de Lyon (metro lines 1 & 14 - RER A & D - Train R).
