En tant que
Country Manager UK
, vous serez à l'initiative du développement commercial et de la représentation de Sis ID au Royaume-Uni. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du chiffre d'affaires sur cette géographie, l'implantation locale de la marque, la croissance du portefeuille clients et la coordination des opérations.
Vos missions :
- Définir et exécuter la stratégie
de développement au Royaume-Uni en lien avec le Sales International Manager et le Directeur Commercial Europe. - Identifier les cibles prioritaires
(grands comptes, ETI, partenaires stratégiques). - Prospecter, négocier et conclure
les premiers contrats clients. - Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, produit et support pour adapter l'offre au marché local.
- Participer à des salons, événements
et réseaux pour accroître la visibilité de Sis ID. - Piloter les indicateurs de performance
et assurer la rentabilité du marché UK. - Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du Sales International Manager et du Directeur Commercial Europe pour affiner la stratégie et les priorités.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Expérience solide (5-8 ans) en
développement commercial
ou
lancement de marché
à l'international - Connaissance du tissu économique britannique et des enjeux B2B
- Goût du challenge, esprit entrepreneurial et orientation résultats
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (langue de travail - C1/C2)
- Une expérience dans la fintech, le SaaS ou la cybersécurité est un plus
- Leadership, autonomie et sens stratégique
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement agile et en forte croissance

As
UK Country Manager
, you will drive commercial development and represent Sis ID in the United Kingdom. You will play a key role in revenue growth, local brand establishment, client portfolio expansion, and operational coordination.
Your missions :
- Define and execute the UK growth strategy
in collaboration with the International Sales Manager and the European Sales Director. - Identify priority targets
(large accounts, mid-sized companies, strategic partners). - Prospect, negotiate, and close
initial client contracts. - Work with marketing, product, and support teams to adapt the offering to the local market.
- Attend trade shows, events
, and networking opportunities to increase Sis ID's visibility. - Monitor performance indicators
and ensure profitability in the UK market - Provide regular reporting to the International Sales Manager and European Sales Director to refine strategy and priorities.
What we're looking for :
- Solid experience (5-8 years) in business development or market launch at an international level.
- Knowledge of the UK business landscape and B2B challenges.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and love for challenges.
- Excellent command of English (working language - C1/C2).
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Leadership, autonomy, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-growing environment.
