Vous êtes Issu(e) d’une prestigieuse école d’ingénieur ou de commerce (top 5)

Vous justifiez de 3 ans minimum d'expérience en tant qu'Analyste chargé d'investissements.

En tant qu’Analyste / Chargé(e) d’investissements, votre rôle sera de:
Identifier et confirmer des opportunités d'investissement auprès de développeurs, porteurs de projets, partenaires industriels ou techniques
Analyser la pertinence technique et économique de ces projets
Identifier et mitiger les risques techniques et contractuels sous-jacents
Participer activement à la recherche de nouveaux projets et au développement de notre portefeuille en France et à l’international
Participer à l’ensemble des étapes de l’investissement, depuis l’origination jusqu’à sa présentation en comité d’investissement en passant par la phase de due diligence
Participer à la rédaction des principaux contrats du projet, les négocier avec les parties prenantes, en lien avec les conseils externes (juridiques, techniques, etc.)
Convaincre des banques de prêter sans recours une large part du besoin de financement à la société de projet
Assurer le suivi technique, opérationnel et financier des projets, en participant aux organes de gouvernance et de décisions en interne, en lien avec la Direction Financière

Profil recherché:
**Vous êtes Issu(e) d’une prestigieuse école d’ingénieur ou de commerce (top 5)**

**3 ans d’expérience minimum (hors stages et alternance) dans le financement de projets d’infrastructures, en particulier dans le secteur de l’énergie**

**Français, anglais, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue est exigée**
