What you will do
Your scope : HR operations France - Internship 6 months
- Management of employee files and administration
- Management of employees’ absences
- Participation on the onboarding/offboarding process
- Preparation of HR reports
- Participation to the payroll process
- Participation to the communication with employees
- Entering employment data in our HRIS Workday
- Keeping tools up to date
- Being the first contact with employees to resolve their queries
You will report directly to the HR operations specialist of France and will be part of the Global HR operations team which covers the 13 countries of TheFork.
Who you are
- Student in HR field
- Rigorous, curious & detail oriented
- Open minded, responsible & eager to learn
- Tech savvy: use of a HRIS, ggdrive, Pack office, Notion
- With outstanding verbal and written communication skills in french
- With basic/Intermediate level of english
- A team player
