**Description and Requirements**:
We are looking for a **Training & FF Sr Specialist** for Motorola France. You will be responsible for ensuring and optimizing the product knowledge and the brand DNA to our business partners, vendors, field force and promotors in store in line with our marketing strategy. Your role will also involve working closely with the sales team on the development of training plans tailored to each type of customer B2C & B2B.

**Your missions will be defined by the following scope of action, and you will be responsible for**:

- **Content creation**: assure the training contents (ppt support, videos, tips, newsletters, quiz, games) availability on product for B2C and B2B scope covering also offers and brand positioning. Imagine relevant use cases scenario to democratize our key figures (moto gestures, RAM boost, photo ) and also moto IA.
- **Training session**s: animate with dynamism and interactive training sessions for vendors, business partners and resellers during on-site and online sessions. You will prepare the full set-up with Trade marketing team, content support, product demo and knowledge validation at the end. These sessions will request regular travel throughout France and occasional travel abroad (Morocco, Portugal) depending on the peak time activation with business partner.
- **Moto field force coaching**: assure regular training session with our moto agent & promotors to secure perfect knowledge of products, services, offers & prices, brand positioning with online session, on-site workshop, quiz, support on regular field tours.
- **Event**: take part of trade shows (regional and national) training requests - assure a proper visibility on-site and develop new training tools to commit vendors and resellers into our brand.
- **KPI tracking**: monitoring and report of the training KPI after each activity (number of people trained, end-test results, learnings).
- **Market & trend**: follow the new training trend to
- **Teamwork**: assure current visibility on training activities & reporting. Communicate closely and be aligned with marketing and Sales team to assure message consistency.

**Position requirements**:

- 3 years' experience in Training. We're looking for someone with good people relations skills and a sense of priorities.
- Higher education (business school or equivalent, Master's level)
- Fluency in English and French essential.
- Knowledge of the high-tech sector, particularly telecoms.
- Required skills: analytical skills, organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy, good customer relations skills, ability to manage and animate a group of people during training sessions and field force.
- Ability to collaborate and agility to work on a variety of projects and engage diverse people in a constantly evolving international environment.
- A strong team spirit is essential to join the young and dynamic Marketing department.
- At ease with IT tools, Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

You will report to our Senior Marketing Manager, Motorola France.
