Our products are designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies and to maximize healthcare worker and patient safety.
In the Integrated Supply Chain organization (Supplier Manufacturing Operations), for Becton Dickinson Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems (BDM - PS), you will support Hypercare activities on site at suppliers based in US (CA) and at Pharmaceutical System facility Hybride (remote mode is authorized.)
**YOUR MISSIONS**
**Measure and Analyse Supplier Performance**:
- Deploy “Supplier Manufacturing Operations” standards performance metrics
- Measure performance gaps, identify root cause and manage action plan
- Establish a calendar and Lead Monthly Supplier Performance Review aligned with standards and routines
- Manage improvement plan, performance recovery plans with related needs, in line with category leaders and support services
- Review/adjust performance metrics, under guidance of accountable functions and maintain data accuracy
- Communicate performance metrics and dashboard to all stakeholders and components categories
- Escalate to management critical or blocking points.
- Output and OEE daily follow up.
**Improve Supplier Performance and Process**:
- Routinely review Supplier Performance Metrics for appropriateness and opportunities in line with BDM-PS objectives
- Manage supplier continuous improvement actions plan for BDM-PS
- Lead supplier assessments (Demand, Maturity, MRP2, Load and Capacity...)
- Coordinate cross functions teams (Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain )
- Identify and document best practices from suppliers.
- Deploy Supplier Logistic Agreements (Safety Stock, Lead Time, EOQ, VMI, Blanket Order)
- Structure and lead supplier development plan for appropriate suppliers (APQP, VSM, BCP...)
- Participate in Supplier Selection process for new products, Capacity Expansion
**Crisis and Risks Management**:
- Support supplier crisis management
- Manage and follow up action plan to mitigate the risk
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Diploma : Master or Engineer degree in supply-chain or technical degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply-Chain, in the** industrial sector** (plastic company, etc.)
- The knowledge of continuous improvement process and tools.
- You have a strong leadership, a good ability of problem solving and analysis.
- You ideally master SAP software and have experience in project management.
- ** English is mandatory**
