Tu as une première expérience réussie en support client, idéalement dans un environnement tech, santé ou SaaS B2B.

Tu cherches un job qui a du sens.

Tu es empathique, bienveillant(e) et à l’écoute, avec une réelle volonté de comprendre et résoudre les problèmes des clients.

Tu es rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément tout en maintenant une qualité de service irréprochable.

Tu sais expliquer des concepts techniques de manière simple et pédagogique.

Tu es un(e) vrai(e) problem-solver, tu fais preuve de créativité et de résilience face aux défis.

Tu travailles en équipe et communiques efficacement avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Tu es à l’aise avec les outils de support client et les environnements CRM.

Tu maîtrises l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. L'espagnol est un plus

Tu as un mindset positif, proactif et un fort sens des responsabilités, tout en respectant les enjeux de l’équipe.

**Responsabilités**:

- Proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins clients.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes jusqu'à leur résolution et remonter les incidents complexes aux équipes concernées.
- Assurer la phase d’onboarding des clients de 0 à 90 jours pour t’assurer que la solution est bien adoptée.
- Établir des connexions régulières et significatives avec les clients pour recueillir des retours, proposer des fonctionnalités pertinentes ou partager des informations utiles (simplifications techniques, évolutions produit ).
- Suivre et anticiper les signaux faibles (engagement réduit, questions récurrentes, etc...) afin de prévenir le churn et assurer une satisfaction durable.
