Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics, models, and agents. Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

Dataiku is looking for an Apprentice to join our CSR team. In this role, you will contribute to the running of our ESG programs. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to support projects and initiatives on a global scale.

**This position requires active enrollment in a French educational institution and a valid visa or residence permit allowing you to complete an apprenticeship in France.**

**Your will**:

- **(50%) Contribute to our Tech, AI For Good, and philanthropic activities for non-profit and NGOs.**- Support the development of the non-profit volunteering program: assess NGOs' missions and contribute to the deployment of the program
- Write & document processes on the program, collaborating with different teams internally
- Assess results on activities and communicate them
- **(30%) Contribute to our Climate & environmental activities**:

- Support the coordination of climate programs and engagement programs around Climate globally: act as a point of contact with the Climate Ambassadors, raise employee awareness on sustainability topics, and engage them in the program
- **(20%) Support ESG Reporting & Communication**- Conduct research and market watch on best practices, regulations, and trends
- Structure reporting framework and process for data collection

**Skills - You're a great fit if you have**:

- Strongly organized, analytical, and results-driven mindset
- High-level communication skills
- Project Management Experience
- Social and Sustainability and/or NGO, non-profit Knowledge
- Ease to work autonomously and proactively
- Advanced level in English
