**Who are we?**

Voggt is on a mission to create the most entertaining collectibles trading experience online by reinventing the way people manage and grow their passions. We make it fun and safe for buyers and sellers to engage while seamlessly trading on our livestream auction marketplace.

Voggt has massive potential in France, with already thousands of sellers and collectors on the platform. We’re also live in five other countries across Europe, where we’ve gained traction and are entering high-growth. **What would you be doing?**

As Voggt's very first Account Specialist, you’d be working to develop the sales of high-potential Trading Cards sellers, making sure they enjoy an amazing sales experience. You’d be supported directly by Voggt’s management, as well as the Ops, Tech, Product, and Marketing teams.

**We’re looking for passionate personalities committed to**:

- Creating and driving data-driven strategies to develop your sellers' sales
- Create detailed business plans designed to meet sales growth goals
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Unearth new sales opportunities through data analytics and incentive programs
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty & satisfaction
- Creating and proposing commercial/marketing events to hype up sales

**What do we need from you?**
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with full ownership of your objectives
- Native French and fluent communication in English, both orally and in writing
- Excellent relationship building, management, and negotiation skills
- A commitment to problem solving and continual iteration to find new and better ways to develop your seller portfolio
- Autonomy and flexibility, but you know when to ask for help and guidance to get things done

**Hiring process**

This is a critical hire for Voggt, so we’d like to have enough time to get to know more about you and your motivations to ensure that you and your team will flourish as the business grows. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about your main stakeholders and make sure the fit is mutual.
