**Contexte**

N’attendez plus et intégrez cette société française qui développe un outil de gestion en SaaS et déjà leader du domaine FSM et destiné aux métiers terrains.

Avec près de 160 collaborateurs en interne vous retrouverez une équipe produit à taille humaine avec un pôle entier au développement de l’outil.

Face à une croissance continue et à une récente levée de fonds, l’entreprise recrute un head of Product en CDI

**Responsabilités**

Au sein d’une équipe ambitieuse vous serez en charge de:

- Manager une équipe de 4 Lead product Manager,
- Accompagner les équipes dans la méthodologie,
- Mise en place de KPIs et mentoring,
- Co-construire la solution avec le Head of QA et le Head of Engineering,
- Piloter la roadmap,
- Participer aux problématiques rencontrées dans les incidents avec les QA.

**Profil**
- Vous avez au moins une expérience significative sur du SAAS B2B,
- Vous avez une expérience réussie en management d’équipe,
- Vous avez un anglais courant au minimum,
- De nature curieuse et bon communiquant, vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe et êtes force de proposition,
- Vous êtes user centred.
