You join the Strategy and Corporate Development team of Natixis Investiement Managers (NIM) as an analyst, reporting to the Deputy Managing Director. Based in Paris and Boston, the team is responsible for defining and executing NIM’s strategic vision.
- Formulating, implementing and overseeing NIM’s strategic plan, while managing cross-cutting strategic initiatives in collaboration with affiliates and distribution platforms;
- Contributing to the development and providing financial and corporate monitoring of our European, Asian and US affiliate portfolio;
- Lead M&A projects for NIM (including on behalf of our affiliates) to accelerate our development and strengthen our leadership position;
- Contribute to the execution and monitoring of NIM’s multi-year strategic plan, Providing support to the management team on various cross-cutting strategic topics;
- Contributing to financial benchmarking monitoring and conducting specific market research (trends and growth opportunities) ;
- Provide analytical and operational support for the external growth activities of NIM and our affiliates (modelling, presentation supports for our governance bodies, project monitoring...) in connection with our internal teams (Finance, Legal, Tax, HR...) and external (strategy consultants, lawyers and investment banks).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm (strategy, transaction services or investment banking) or in a strategy & coporate development team within a financial institution.

You are proficient:

- Data analysis, financial modelling and creating impactful presentations;
- Excel and PowerPoint.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Engaged;
- Performing under pressure;
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
