**Contexte**:
Dans le cadre de sa croissance internationale, cette entreprise innovante spécialisée dans les solutions de diagnostic biomédical recherche un(e) **Field Application Specialist**. Votre mission ? Devenir la voix scientifique de l'entreprise auprès de ses distributeurs dans la zone EMEA et garantir un support technique et applicatif de qualité.

**Vos principales missions**:
***Formation & Développement**:

- Animer des formations techniques auprès des équipes terrain des distributeurs et des clients finaux.
- Concevoir, actualiser et diffuser les supports de formation (manuels, guides, ressources en ligne).
- Évaluer et améliorer en continu l'efficacité des programmes de formation.
- Organiser et suivre les actions de formation de manière autonome.

**️**Support & Dépannage**:

- Fournir un support technique de **niveau 1 à 5** en réponse aux problématiques complexes des utilisateurs.
- Documenter et suivre rigoureusement les incidents selon le processus qualité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de support local et global pour assurer des résolutions rapides.
- Capitaliser sur les retours terrain pour améliorer les processus de support.

***Relation Distributeurs & Engagement Client**:

- Être l'interlocuteur clé des équipes applicatives des distributeurs : communication claire, relations solides.
- Assurer un suivi qualitatif et conforme des services fournis.
- Participer aux démonstrations et visites client lorsque nécessaire.
- Recueillir les retours terrain pour nourrir les réflexions d'amélioration continue produit.

***Expertise Produit**:

- Maîtriser les produits de l'entreprise, leurs mises à jour et évolutions.
- Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur pour délivrer un support à haute valeur ajoutée.

**Profil recherché**:

- Connaissance en Auto-immunité obligatoire
- Diplôme : Master ou Doctorat en sciences de la vie (une licence est envisageable avec une expérience significative).
- Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans l'industrie ou en recherche, idéalement en support technique ou en poste terrain.
- Compétences techniques solides et goût pour la résolution de problèmes complexes.
- Anglais courant exigé. Une autre langue est un plus.
- Mobilité requise sur la zone EMEA.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, formation et relation client.
