**How you’ll make an impact**
Dataiku is hiring a Pricing and Packaging Manager to support the definition and roll out of its pricing and packaging strategy.
Reporting to the Global VP for Product and Business Solutions, the Pricing and Packaging Manager will be in charge of running the market reviews, modeling exercises and analysis to accelerate decision making on Dataiku’s pricing strategy. The Pricing and Packaging Manager will work tightly with the Product team, key members of the Revenue organization, Finance and Legal, and will play a pivotal role in the roll out of resulting decisions.
**What you will do on a day-to-day**:
- Develop data-driven insights to propose pricing models that are compelling to our customers and competitive in the market, fuelled by a deep understanding of our product and landscape.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for evolution in pricing as well as definition of pricing for newer offers. This will involve engagement with internal and external stakeholders, running of market surveys, and more.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to pricing, packaging and monetization, develop the right learnings with a clear objective towards Dataiku meeting its business objectives. Analyze market dynamics and understand different pricing strategies in different markets based on maturity, competition, economic factors etc. Closely collaborate with the Sales team and the Competition team to understand impact and make recommendations.
- Accompany senior leadership in decision making through analysis, effective communication and pricing strategies modeling.
- Define and support the appropriate processes to foster internal alignment. Be a critical change agent in pricing and packaging implementation by actively supporting roll out to the field.
- Drive specific projects tied to new Product launches.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 6 years+ of working experience, with proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: financial analysis, revenue modeling, product packaging, and pricing strategy acquired in consulting or a tech company.
- Established capacity to synthesize different data sources, design cohesive strategies, forge recommendations, measure results and optimize ongoing.
- Excellent communicator, influencer and problem solver.
- Experience in driving complex cross-department projects (sales, finance, product, etc.)
- Deep interest in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and understanding the market for newer technologies.
- Open to new ideas and topics. Capable of acting quickly and delivering promptly.
- Fluent in English **#LI-Hybrid**
