B. What it’s all about
Contribute to a broad range of finance and accounting activities to help scale the business:
- Work directly with the Senior Accountant supporting the monthly closing activities
- Participate in building and executing various accounting processes, such as invoice management, billing, employee expenses reports
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built, and gain strong accounting skills as well as marketplace/e-commerce knowledge
C. Team structure
You will be among the first to join the Accounting & Finance team, reporting directly to Carolina (Senior Accountant) and to Camille (Head of Finance)
There will also be interactions with other teams (such as Commercial and Marketing and Operations) in France and abroad

- Role & Responsibilities
**We're looking for passionate personalities committed to**:
- Contribute to the monthly accounting closing and ensure to procure all the necessary related accounting information
- Own the Account Payables: analyse and keep track of the Accounts Payables each month, monitor payments and assist on their monthly reconciliation
- Ensure the compliance of the invoices and other documents received
- Deal with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Participate in ad hoc accounting projects to optimize and ensure compliance of accounting processes

- Vos compétences
Key Requirements
- Strong financial accounting knowledge (preferably with French Gaap knowledge) with analytical skills
- Must have a very high sense of rigor to deal with financial information
- High level of organization and ability to manage deadlines
- Must have a willingness to learn with a strong desire to take on a new challenge
- MS excel skills
- Speaking English and French with professional efficiency would be a positive addition for the job
- Available for a 6 month internship (open to apprenticeship)
