**Deliver Best in Class in-store execution (fixture & activation)**
- Select, adapt and roll-out global tools, developed by central Teams

(or influence to get them develop more locally relevant tools)
- Keep on delivering innovation and cutting-edge execution : test & learn with new formats, new activation, on new categories
- Develop a ROI based strategy : upgrade stores with most potential, des-install fixtures in non-strategic doors, track our fixture profitability and efficiency (tableau / Salesforce, feedback from field)
- Support KAMs’team : fuel them with informed business recommendation, to have them centrally approved and negotiated, and support them in their daily activities.
- Competitive outlook about their activation and fixture developments, attend Retail fairs & salons
- Develop future-proof strategy, about retail digitalization, sustainability, and pilot this retail transformation accordingly

**Be the daily point of contact for field team**
- Regular communication with field team to ensure Activation roll-out
- Answer to their local specific needs / challenge or opportunities
- Collect field insights to inform your strategy and future developments

**Collaborate closely with KAMs Team to co-developp Joint Business Plan**
- Sparring partner with KAM to develop the business and our category
- Based on our customer strategy and business challenge, develop relevant activation, in line with marketing Strategy

**Monitor our efficiency**
- Budget monitoring and tracking
- Stock management & accuracy
- Activation / Fixture planning to optimize cost
- Measure and improvement of our actions and their impact on the business, with Fail / Scale / Change approach

**About you**:

- **Business-oriented : you show strong analytic skills in order to provide recommendation (activation impact measurement, ROI calculation, fixture profitability)**
- **Good communicator: solid skills in communication towards stakeholders (retailers, internal teams )**
- **Experience in management role: you lead teams and work on their professional skills development**
- **Team player: you have the ability to share your ideas, your successes in order to build strong plans in partnership with other teams.**

Salaire : 3 500,00€ à 4 000,00€ par mois
