**1- Supply Planning & Purchasing**
- Ensure optimal product availability on shelves in all stores through replenishment order calculations
- Manage the purchasing plan through optimum use of parameters (Leadtime, frequency of orders, buffer stock)
- Share communication on OOS situations, review major alert orders and alignment with commercial needs
- Optimize the stock level in stores with stock balancing
- Identify opportunities for re-allocation between Retail and E-Commerce.
- Optimize stock returns & transfer opportunities between all Stores: Identify overstock and propose action plan to Category Managers and Negotiation team
- Ensure roll-out of brands and new stores/re-fits are managed effectively and maximizes utilization of transfers
- Communicate with Supply Chain Coordinators and SCM in order to align the central purchases with the overall monthly target stock per country
- Provide input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Closely coordinate and communicate with Central Planning Team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds the forecast
- Communicate picking and shipping priorities to the warehouse and trouble shoot any inventory shortage issues.
- Coordinate end of season returns and shipments to central warehouse
- Administrate the Database (assortment, status, etc.) and control its consistency and alignment between systems.

**2- Demand Planning: Regional omni-channel scope**
- Norms and Forecast adjustment based on the first sales
- Ensures the overall central forecast is consistent with historical sales of products, trend and planned events and informs central when there are big deviations in TXT
- Conduct analysis on Out of stock instances after analyzing reports from SAP and IRIS as part of order check and adjustment process that is carried out weekly
- Support store opening / closing plans
- Build strong relationship with internal Category Merchandising Team and Central Planning Teams for all inter-related activities

**3- Reporting, System Improvement, Stock balancing, and Analysis.**
- Prepare action plans with Category-Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes to secure a good stock quality
- Track the supplier Fill rate to alert Offer and challenge the brands with low delivery rate
- Follow performance indicators (On Shelf Availability, Inventory coverage, Days of Inventory, Supplier Fill -Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Value, Brand Analysis) and commit necessary action plans
- Support in process creation and standardization of the central and local replenishment process across the Greece and Balkans Hub

**We’re excited about you if you have**:

- Master degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Analytical and conceptual thinking, international mindset, technical Mastery (MS Office), first experiences in other internships or side jobs are a plus
- Strong drive for results, good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, challenging status quo, searching best solutions and continues improvement, natural interest for the W&S industry, sensitive to luxury brands
- Good communication and strong analytical skills
- Very good IT skills (MS Office package, SAP (MM/SD/APO)
- Action and customer oriented as well as a team player
