**About the role**:
International SOS is looking for an ambitious and analytical Operations Analyst intern or apprentice to support multiple structural projects across our international platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global crisis management and business continuity planning.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support in creating and editing Emergency Response plans for International SOS clients worldwide
- Update and restructure Business Continuity Plans for our European and Pacific platforms
- Conduct desktop drills for the Crisis Management Team
- Review and enhance tools supporting International SOS service delivery (e.g., SharePoint, phone systems)

**About you**:

- Currently student in International Relations, Political Science, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or related fields
- Final year of Bachelor's degree, Master's level, or equivalent
- Strong interest in working in a multicultural, international environment
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Outstanding writing abilities in both French and English
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
