**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

As an apprentice in our HR team, you will play an important role in contributing to the company's critical HR initiatives, specifically within the Compensation & Benefits function. In this position, you will have the valuable opportunity to support our global HR team, which includes the SVP Group HR, Compensation & Benefits Director, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Senior HR Tools and Program Manager, and HR professionals in various countries. Your mission will involve providing continuous support to the Exclusive Networks HR team, specifically in the areas of compensation and benefits programs.

**As the Apprentice Compensation & Benefit Analyst, you will**:

- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with an external consulting company and conduct matching exercises
- Conduct market analysis and prepare data for compensation and benefits analysis, including reviewing salary ranges
- Perform audits on compensation and benefits data, analyzing its alignment with company policies, ensuring data cleanliness, and checking data quality
- Assist in job leveling by reviewing levels and governance within the organization
- Provide support for process improvement projects aligned with existing HR processes
- Support communication efforts during the launch or implementation of compensation programs

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal Apprentice Compensation & Benefit Analyst**:

- Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functionality, Power Point and HRIS tools (would be a plus)
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French.
- Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
