A leading international product packaging specialist manufacturing company with facilities worldwide, supplier to some of the major Retailers, Fashion & Cosmetics companies within the French, Italian & European Market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Country Manager (Luxury Brands)**
**Salary: Circa £70,000 pa // 80,000€ pa + commission**
**Location: Home-Based / Paris**

**Main duties**:
To design and implement the new business strategy in the wake of the Covid pandemic in order to develop successful and profitable partnerships, focusing on locally based high end / Luxury retailers

**The Role**:

- Acquire and develop key accounts within the French Market
- Participate in Global business projects and collaborate with Senior team on Group strategy
- Build strong relationships with a broad range of partners throughout the region
- Arrange regular customer visits and entertain clients as required
- Take ownership of all negotiation for high value accounts
- Drive awareness of product portfolio by attending forums and exhibitions.
- Drive sales effectiveness by collaborating with the Sales and Production teams
- Analyse competitors' presence and activity
- Developing solutions, preparing reports and driving solutions

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
**- High fluency in French & English - Essential**:

- Fluent in Italian - Additional
- Successful track record selling to the packaging sector - Preferred
- An international business outlook and commercial background
- A passion for Fashion Industry
- Independent, self-reliant and self-motivated
- Approx. 60% spent on the field
- Able to build relationships and a fast learner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

**SALARY**
