In the same period we’ve experienced how intelligent use of data has transformed how we understand our customers. And on the contrary, observed how far the approach to understanding our employees was lacking, hence the initial idea of Peakon.

About the Role
The role’s primary responsibility is to manage a team of Product Sales Specialists selling Workday Peakon Employee Voice across Workday's Continental Europe region including France, Netherlands, Iberia and Italy.
This incredible opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and mentoring a team of account executives selling into prospective customers.
As a highly visible leadership position within the region, the role requires an individual who has demonstrable experience of consistent sales leadership in the Office-of-the-CHRO. Successful Regional Sales Directors at Workday demonstrate a strong ability to drive territory planning, pipeline generation activities and manage an equitable territory distribution model where team members each have the opportunity to achieve their sales goals. They will also be highly capable of developing and managing executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Articulate Workday’s impact on business value to C-Level executives and build relationships that drive deals to a successful conclusion- Actively coach, support, and lead a sales team around territory management, demand generation and opportunity execution in collaboration with the wider business- Support and shape deal strategy to create new opportunities- Effectively position Workday Peakon Employee Voice, unique value propositions in a highly competitive market- Drive Workday Culture and cross-group collaboration as a member of the regional leadership team- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
About You
Basic Qualifications- Experience as a front line sales manager - minimum 5 years.- Experience selling into the office of the CHRO - with demonstrable stories.- Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments - with demonstrable growth. g increased team sales performance by x% over y years.- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment - minimum 5 years.
Other Qualifications- A passion for employee engagement and working within in environment that promotes an individual’s sense of purpose, competence, recognition and wellbeing.- Strong understanding and experience with Solution Sales methodologies - for example MEDDICC- Experience in managing a team of highly skilled opportunity-creating and business
- transformational Account Executives would be a strong preference- Experience and knowledge of running a high velocity sales environment which will represent 50-60% of market opportunity.- True passion for delivering results through others- High level of accountability in a high growth environment- Well above-average written and verbal communication skills- Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change
Education- BA preferred and/or comparable academic achievement
