**Responsibilities:

- Experience in HR administration work
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Being the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR related queries and help in strengthening HR shared services
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and essential documents with regards to the French law
- First line of response to employee queries and document requests
- Managing the employee life cycle for employees in France
- Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements
- Support with payroll data preparation and auditing for payment accuracy
- Act as an HR consultant by offering advisory and support to employees
- Support on employee relations issues where relevant
**Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent life cycle (onboarding till exit) in multi geo environment with good knowledge of local labor law
Masters or equivalent in Human resources
