Provide daily and divide the missions of maintenance technicians and subcontractors to meet customers requirements for contracts, repairs, emergency calls, and ensuring efficiency and productivity control.
- Treat customers request related to service activity (T1M, contracts, maintenance)
- Ensure the execution of purchasing customers orders, Vertiv productsaccording to ITC rules. Guarantee supplies at the best price.
- Manage the daily life of engineers customers team and subcontractors of a specific geographical area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Treat new orders of T&M in ERP system in timely
- Prepare material purchase order and subcontractors in compliance with company rules
- Control and organize KPI provision
- Control staff vacation, absence, and coordinate planning with Service Operations Director
- Meet to customers phone call to resolve emergencies
- Invoice customers immediately work has been completed and close intervention needs tied of the suite
- Provide every week updates on sales turnover projection and announce lack or surplus material is necessary
- Ensure appropriate objectives (KPI) will be realized in sector and develop improvement plans in cooperation with Service Operations Director and supervisors.
- Be responsible for the stock related service activity including the stock present in the interventions vehicle and its inventory.
- As a user, ensure compliance with the company's ITC policy
- Collect information from technicians and subcontractors, information report to produce clear receipt and guarantee optimized inventory management.
- Insure expenses are controlled and word performed in all TM.
- Liaise with accountant department in procedures invoicing and with services sales team for customers consignments, updating service information (internal for customers)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Good reading, writing & speaking level of English as well as local language.
- Experienced in running and controlling high value M&E contracts.
- Good knowledge of HPAC and UPS products and solutions
- Experienced in negotiating with and managing sub-contractors.
- Depth knowledge of business performance software packages. (Essential - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Oracle )
- Ability to understand commercial business contracts and a sound knowledge of contract agreements and contract law.
- Attention to details and the ability to manage a number of tasks/priorities at any given time.
- The ability to work under pressure and to agreed timescales.
- Customer focus behavior, ability to deal with complex Customers and meet specific requirements when needed.
- Team player, able to effectively communicate with his/her peers and supervisors. Good influencing skills when dealing with functions.
