We are currently seeking a **Customer support coordinator **to join our dynamic team in **Rungis, France **
**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Hotline cases tracking/customer follow up (lead generation to sales team);
- Litigation cases follow up, customer communication;
- Intervention report analysis and tracking (lead generation to sales team, follow up action plans);
- Warranty cases follow up (justification, cost reporting);Specific customer documentations generation (HR doc, safety doc, access doc, legal doc).
**What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Thermal Management
- A minimum of 5 years in service
- Good skills in English
- Autonomous;
- Achieve defined goals;
- Technical recommendations quality;Quality of SAV proposed solutions.
