All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **Senior Sales Compensation Analyst** As part of the Sales Strategy, Enablement and Operations (SSEO) organization within Criteo, the Business Planning and Compensation team works on improving, scaling and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes & tools, as well as designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the whole Commercial population (c. 1400 people). We act as Business Partners for the Commercial Management and Sales Ops located on the field and participate in key Sales & Operations projects, partnering with other global teams (FP&A, IT, Compensation & Benefits, People...). **Your mission**: Design compensation strategy and ensure alignment with company strategic objectives. Improve the operational efficiency of Sales Compensation processes (Target Setting / Accruals / Achievements) **What you will do**: - Participate in the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process - Propose new compensation mechanism on a quarterly basis to reach company objectives - Participate in the Sales Compensation committee to validate all aspects of Sales Compensation strategy - Communicate with various stakeholder (commercials teams, Sales Operations, FP&A) around sales compensation changes, processes - Collaborate with FP&A to propose quarterly regional quotas to CCO - Ensure right allocation of those quotas at individual level - Ensure Sales Compensation management compliance with ICRM requirements - Participate in key cross-functional transformation projects (integration of new acquisition, new product taxonomy, new segmentation process, new tiering process, ) - Manage new automation projects (Target Letter centralization, Accruals and Achievements automation, Business Planning optimization..) in conjunction with internal IIT - Deliver Sales Compensation insights to Top management (Quarterly Bonus Payout reviews, Sales Target Setting benchmark..) **Who you are**: - Great communication and customer service skills, with capacity to bring alignment and decision making - Very rigorous, organized & structured - Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on - Fast and enthusiastic learner - Analytical mindset, used to deal with large sets of data & numbers with good analytical skills (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus) - Comfortable with tools, knowledge of Anaplan is a plus - Interested in intensive collaboration with Commercial teams **Additional information**: - **The position is either based in Paris or Barcelona** LI-SB1 At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
