Compensation & Benefits Analysts (H/F)

Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses
- Evaluate job descriptions and propose alignment with a range of job classes / scales
- Conduct the annual salary review and promotion campaign, as well as skills assessment
- Assess employee needs through the implementation of surveys
- Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Analyze the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior
- Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects with a focus on continuous improvement
- Prior work experience of minimum 3 years as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in industry or in a large consulting firm
- Knowledge of different compensation options and motivation methods
- Degree in Business/Economics, HR Management or any other relevant field of study
- Familiar with current employment rules and regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Practical experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Direct experience with quantitative and qualitative research, data and tools
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
