Within IT TRV - APS - User Support, you join the 38-person User Support team. In this team, we work to provide quality technical support, manage incidents and service requests. Finally, you are responsible for maintaining the communication tools within the Natixis GFS Paris trading and asset management environment.

Your daily tasks include:

- Ensure support for users at all levels (1, 2 and 3) via the telephone hotline, physical solicitations and messaging;
- Organize on-site open kiosks to interact directly with users;
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests on a daily basis;
- Administer IPC market telephony and manage remote and mobile access (VPN, strong authentication, Airwatch).

The position is based in Paris and at our company it’s 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and payment.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education in computer science and at least 4 years of experience in similar positions.

You are proficient in:

- Technical and functional environments of trading rooms and asset management;
- Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and 11 tools;
- The LAN/WAN/Firewall network.

You are:

- Rigorous, autonomous and responsive;
- Recognized for your service;
- Able to take initiatives and work as a team.

You have a command of English at level B2.
